At the 10th Asian Conference on Analytical Sciences (ASIANALYSIS X) held in August, 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, we have established the Asian Analytical Chemistry Network (AACN). AACN is a network of analytical scientists from Asia who share the common objectives of the Network. The objectives are i) to promote education and research in analytical chemistry in Asia, and ii) to establish a network where analytical scientists from Asia can share their experience and expertise, and carry out collaborative work and research. On behalf of AACN, I would like to invite IKM members to register in AACN. Please go to the AACN website for the registration. There is no fee at the moment and members will receive information on latest development in analytical sciences, events and functions. The next AACN Symposium will be held in Nanjing, China in May 2011 in conjunction with the 11th Asian Conference on Analytical Sciences (ASIANALYSIS XI).
