Trainer's Biodata
MR. LIM AH SEE
Mr. Tan Kim Ho was the Head of the Quality System Management (ISO 9001/ISO 17025), of the Department of Chemistry Malaysia (until May 2005). He has been a Lead and Technical Assessor for the Department of Standards Malaysia since 1995. Mr. Tan is a member/chairman of the SAMM Laboratory Accreditation Evaluation Panel and a member of the Department of Standards Malaysia’s SAMM Working Groups. He is also a member of the SIRIM Technical ISO Committee on Conformity Assessment and was in the ISO International Working Group for upgrading of the current ISO/IEC 17025 to the new 2005 2nd Edition of ISO/IEC 17025 which incorporate the principles of ISO9001:2000. 
Mr. Lim was a team leader in the implementation of OHSAS 18001 in the laboratories of the Department of Chemistry Malaysia, and was responsible for the preparation of its System Manual and Standard Operating Procedure Manual for OHSAS 18001. Until he retired in year 2000, Mr. Lim was responsible for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Master Plan and programmes of the Department of Chemistry Malaysia.
Mr Lim has conducted lectures and talks on chemical and laboratory safety at various seminars and workshops organized by IKM.
