Mr. Chang Hon Fong

Mr Chang Hon Fong, B.Sc. Hons. and M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry is currently the Section Head (Technical System Management) of the Department of Chemistry Malaysia. He has been a scientific officer at the Department of Chemistry Malaysia since 1978. Mr Chang is a Lead Assessor for the Department of Standards Malaysia since 1996. He has attended several specific training related to quality auditing and quality management. Mr Chang is involved in the documentation of the Department of Chemistry Malaysia’s Quality System and is also the Department’s Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 17025. He has conducted courses and workshops on ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
