Responsibilities:
• To perform latex testing, compound formulation, latex vulcanization and polymer film/glove testing accordance to defined work instruction to :-
1. Develop new tailored dipping lattices.
2. To secure excellent latex quality and high quality consistency.
3. To brenchmark existing PolymerLatex product with competitors.
4. To support lab supervisor on the development of new testing methods.
Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma in Polymer Science.
• A least 5 years experience in an R&D or application test lab.
• Experience in Glove Dipping is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Self motivated and good team player.
