"Experimental methods in determining electronic structures of inorganic
coordination complexes and related bioinorganic and functional materials."
The aims and scope of this special issue of Asian Chemistry Letters are to
present up-to-date information on various aspects of experimental methods
for determining electronic structures of inorganic coordination compounds.
Our hopes are that this area of research would attract some of the most
innovative research groups on coordination chemistry as well as physical
(inorganic) chemistry in the field to contribute to this issue.
The fields covered by conventional discussion on d or f electrons of
coordination complexes and current development of this filed may be
important as application for functional materials (optical, magnetic, and so
on)or bioinorganic systems (model complexes and metalloproteins) beyond
lignad field theory framework.
We invite researchers from a broad range of disciplines to submit to this
special issue. Papers may encompass any or all of the following:
experimental studies on synthesis and characterization, as well as
experimentally physicochmical investigations (including theoretical analyses
and modeling).
We welcome articles within the scope of this special issue and hope that
this issue will serve as a venue for communication among researchers and
practitioners in the field of coordination chemistry.
Original research articles and reviews will be considered for publication.
Please refer to the "Instruction for Authors" for additional manuscript
submission guidelines and feel free to contact the editors for any questions
at the journal site http://www.geocities.com/asianchemistryletters according to the following timetable:
