HOW TO REGISTER
To register for any of the workshops/courses, kindly fill up the attached Registration Form and fax it to us at 603-7728 9909 or download it from our website at www.ikm.org.my and send the original together with your payment as soon as possible.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The registration fee covers lunch, refreshment and workshop/course materials.
  

• The workshop/course materials will be given during registration on the first day of the workshop/course.
  

• Please advise us in advance if you are a vegetarian.
  

• Participants are advised to liaise with the hotel directly for accommodation. Please contact the secretariat for list of suggested hotels located nearby the Centre and the applicable special rates. 
  

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes on the programme, cancel or reschedule the workshops/courses due to unforeseen circumstances. All efforts will be made to inform registered participants of the change. The organizer will not be responsible for any damages or expenses suffered by any participants as a result of alternative arrangements made.
