The Council has set aside a sum of RM10,000 annually as fellowships for ordinary IKM members to support their participation at the Annual Malaysian Chemical Congress.

Each fellowship will comprise a travel grant of RM600 for travel to Sabah and Sarawak and RM300 for travel within Peninsular Malaysia. In addition, the registration fee will be waived.

Preference will be given to those presenting oral/poster papers and who are active members of IKM.

The application form for these fellowship can be obtained from the IKM Secretariat. 

Closing date for applications for the fellowship to participate in 12ACC which will be held in Kuala Lumpur/Petaling Jaya is 31 August 2007.

Members are to note that applications for travel grants will be considered three times a year and the next closing date for applications are 31 August 2007, 31 December 2007 and 30 April 2007.
